Kayla King

Regional Operations Manager

Kayla King has significant experience in hospitality management. For the past 13 years she has served in the front and back of the house.

Kayla King is an experienced leader with 10 years in hospitality management.She is a native of Georgia. Kayla joined HHMI in November 2014, as the General Manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites. During her tenure as General Manager, Kayla was recognized with Horizon's top company award “Highest Performing Property”, awarded to the manager with the highest results across the entire hotel portfolio, and also received two “Gold Performance Awards" from Marriott, GM of the Year and Marriott’s Leadership Excellence Award.

Kayla is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA).

She was promoted in 2017 to oversee successful operations of seven select service properties between multiple brands. Kayla is responsible for providing leadership to the operational management teams in each of her assigned hotels in Calhoun & Acworth, GA. She is based in Calhoun, GA.

He specializes in turnaround of under-performing operations, implementing purchasing and inventory control systems that lower operating costs, establishment of policies that recruit, develop and retain employees, and reducing labor costs through structured training programs and efficient staff deployment. He has extensive experience in food service environments in both the front and back of the house new design construction.

He is responsible for overseeing and assisting in the day-to- day operations of each property. Wes is also responsible for conducting annual internal control audits for each of Hospitality America's properties. Wes began his hospitality career in 2008, working as a Front Desk Agent before transitioning into Sales. Wes first joined Hospitality America in 2011, serving as the company's Operations Analyst / Internal Controls Auditor is responsible for providing leadership to the operational management teams in each of his assigned hotels in Greenville, SC. He is based in Greenville, South Carolina.

Jeff also volunteers his time with the Chattanooga Food Bank, American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity and Toys for Tots in the Chattanooga area.

Tom provides support and communication from the home office to the properties under his direction. A self-described ‘people-person’, Tom loves taking care of the guests and building his team. Prior to joining Vision, Tom held numerous leadership roles, including General Manager and Regional Director. During his tenure as General Manager, Tom was recognized with his previous company’s highest “Triple Platinum Award”, awarded to the manager with the highest results across the entire hotel portfolio, and also received the “Platinum Award” and Most Improved “Moving the Needle Award.” gaining extensive hospitality knowledge and leading many of his properties to top honors and awards in the Marriott and IHG brands. Steve has been the recipient of several awards of excellence, including Residence Inn General Manager of the Year, Courtyard by Marriott General Manager of the Year, Marriott Full Service GM of the Year and Marriott’s Leadership Excellence Award.

Dowdy is a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) with a background in hotel operations.
